After construction is complete, our service team provides ongoing support to ensure the new EV charging system performs as expected. This includes annual maintenance, emergency service repairs, and system upgrades as needed. We offer tailored service agreements to keep the equipment in top condition, providing long-term value and peace of mind for property owners by extending the life of the equipment.

COMMERCIAL SOLAR

The 2022 Inflation Reduction Act has created unprecedented opportunity for commercial property owners to install solar and reduce energy costs using energy savings, tax benefits and long term 100% financing. 2022 Inflation Reduction Act Benefits:Investment Tax Credit - 30%+Accelerated Depreciation - 5 YearsBonus Depreciation - 60% in 2024 (dropping 20% per year to 0% in 2027)Unused tax credits related to the project may be carried back three years and forward 22 years for projects placed in service in 2023 or late.Additional Provisions:Tax exempt entities now qualify to receive the full value (30%) of the tax credit as a "direct payment". Transferability allows entities that qualify for an eligible tax credit to transfer all or a portion of the credit to a third-party buyer in exchange for cash.​

OUR PROCESS

01.

L1 ROM Estimate
 

This is our first step in helping clients understand the benefits of the program. The L1 includes a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimate to give a +/- 25% indicative proforma showing energy savings, tax credits, and cashflow estimates over a 10 year period.

02.

Pre-Qualification
 

Prior to taking the next step with our project development engineering team, we ask the client to confirm financing eligibility.  Typically, 2 year P&L and tax returns are required. We also request a review with a CPA or tax advisor to ensure the accuracy of tax benefits estimated for the project.

03.

L2 Cost Proposal
 

During the L2 stage our team will visit the site to inspect the existing building including roof condition and electrical infrastructure.  We will use state of the art technology to engineer the solar layout and energy software to develop investment ready cost and savings proposal.

04.

Engineering
 

In order to keep the project timeline on track it is critical to manage the pre-construction team effectively.  This phase includes architectural, structural, and electrical engineering, city permit submittals, and utility interconnection application.

Construction
 

Our construction team is comprised of Project Manager, Superintendent, Working Foreman and General Laborers.  Each member of the construction team is a specialist in their field. As a company we thrive on delivering our projects on time and on budget, with safety and quality at the top of mind.
